How do I check my Crystal balance?

Your Crystal balance appears at the top of your main screen, rotating with your Diamond balance. If you own both currencies, they will alternate in display.

How do I claim free gifts?

You can claim Free Gifts from two areas in the Game Hub:

1. Login Calendar

  • Navigate to the Daily Rewards section from the menu.
  • Check the calendar for available items and tap to claim your rewards.

2. In the Store

  • Go to the Store section in the menu.
  • Scroll down to the Free Gifts area and collect all available rewards.


What are Reward Points?

Reward Points are loyalty points granted every time you make a purchase in the Store.

  • You earn 10 Reward Points for every $1 USD spent.
  • These points can be used in the Reward Points section to redeem exclusive in-game packs.

What can I buy with Reward Points?

The Reward Points shop features a rotating selection of special items, which may include:

  • Ammo Packs
  • Crew Member Respect Points
  • Crystals
